One issue I have always dealt with is not getting enough sleep-- she said as she was writing this post at 11:30 at night haha. But anyway, it is okay to stay up late sometimes; however, making it a habit can be so detrimental to our health and balance! Since this is an issue many of us face, I thought I would make a list of tips to help you get some better sleep!
I honestly never thought I would be interested in wearing a sleep mask, but they work so well, especially for those days on the weekend when it is sunny but I want some extra shut eye. As far as a "Good Time" goes for getting to sleep I always go by 10:30 or 11:00 PM unless I absolutely need to stay up past that. I know these are pretty simple tips, but they are so helpful for me and I hope they work for you too!
