I am definitely someone who gets very easily frustrated. Whether it be work, a messy room, school, or friends, I let things get to me very easily. I know I am not the only one either, we all do it to ourselves. To help you get through frustration here are some tips of how to handle it the right way!
Taking some time to cool down and recounting all the good things that happened, rather than the bad, always help me handle my frustration. They make me realize that what I am frustrated about isn't worth it and I am usually able to let it go and move on :)
