Advice Wednesday: How to De-stress

One thing we all deal with is stress.  I personally tend to stress over the smallest things.  For example, last weekend while I was cleaning out my room I had a breakdown over the amount of shoes I had sitting in the corner.  They were so disorganized and messy and, well, just stressful to look at.  Luckily my sweet boyfriend offered to bring over a shoe rack and the issue was solved; however, the stress was not good.  It was exhausting and definitely unnecessary, so here are some tips on how to de-stress. 

How to De-stress
Whenever I get stressed out, doing one or two of these helps a lot, especially watching Sex and the City.  I feel like it really helps me figure out what is going on in my own life to read a book or watch a movie.  Sex and the City is just one of those shows that I find I am able to relate certain aspects of my life to.  I hope these tips help you de-stress :)
