Advice Wednesday: Exams

I have finally made it to the last week of school, which means its finals week.  I am so close to being done, but with finals, it seems like the end is so far away.  Since I'm sure some of you are still finishing up finals, I thought I would share some last minute exam advice!

1. Study: Even if you feel completely done with school (like me haha) force yourself to go the extra mile and study a little harder.  Although it may feel like a lot of work, it will really pay off in the end!

2. Get Sleep: Make sure you get as much sleep as you can during finals week.  Getting more sleep will give you much more energy and help you power through your finals

3. Eat Your Breakfast: Always, always eat your breakfast, especially during finals week.  Breakfast is the most important part of the day and it definitely won't do you any good to skip out on it!

4. Relax: Last, but not least, make sure you find some time to relax.  Finals are stressful, at least they are for me, and if I don't find the time to relax, I tend to go insane.  If you ever feel like you need a break, read a book or go on a walk/run.  Doing something like that will help you calm down and refocus on your finals!
